Indy v1.0.1 Changes

1. Changed code to not look for images on the "A:" drive on a Windows computer.
   The only valid image sources are the Hard Drives and the CD Drives on a computer.
   On some computers, an Error popup would be presented if there was no disk in
   the floppy drive at startup. User had to click IGNORE to proceed. Program
   functioned normally from then on.
