Version 1.2.1 of the Indy program changes two look and feel items for the Mac OS X user. Windows users would see no benefit in this release if they are currently using Version 1.2.0. Windows users running versions older than 1.2.0 should upgrade to Version 1.2.1 to get all of the benefits of the versions that are newer than the one they are running. The two Mac OS X look and feel changes are: Indy now places its menu bar in the one menu bar, called the screen menu bar, on the Mac OS X screen. Indy was creating a menu bar in the frame that surrounded the main Indy window previous to this change. Mac users expect their menu bars to be in the screen menu bar area. The shortcut keys that are listed in the menus have changed. Shortcut keys allow the user to make menu selections with the keyboard instead of the mouse. The shortcuts used to be based on the Ctrl key. Now they are based on the Apple Command key. As an example, the user used to type the Ctrl P key to print something on the Mac. Now the user types Command P to print something. See the help files for additional details.
