Version 1.3.0 of the Indy program has one new feature and one small change:
   A.  You can now search the article authors just like you search the article
       descriptions. (The new feature has no utility for all WOOD Magazine
       issues pre-dating the October 2003 issue because no author information
       was ever saved into the database for those issues.) 
   B.  Extra information was added to the error message that is posted if the
       Update Image Database function fails.
