This page is organized into two sections. The first section lists the images that can be downloaded to keep your Indy software index current with the latest magazine issues that the publishers have produced. These article images are now available for download for free from RMW Enterprises. The second section lists the programs that can be downloaded to keep your Indy program current with the enhancements and fixes that are made to it by RMW Enterprises from time to time. As an example, an enhancement was made to the Indy program in version 1.1.0 to allow it to act as a slide show. This change had nothing to do with new magazine article images (the things that you can get from the first section of this page).
FIRST SECTION - Images

SECOND SECTION - Programs
Indy v1.3.2 Update (2 MB) - Program was changed to enhance the capabilities of the validation features that are available through the Advanced Options selection in the File menu of the Indy program. The validation features in that menu are generally only useful to people who are creating their own magazine indexes. Specifically, the Validate Index Records File feature was enhanced to provide additional data to the user whenever a problem is detected in the file. The Check For Chaff feature was enhanced to check for more instances of chaff (more instances of extraneous image files on your hard disk). The details of the changes to the program are noted on the Changes page. It is necessary to read and follow the Installation Notes before you will be allowed to proceed with this download.
Indy v1.3.1 Update (2 MB) - Program was changed to correct an error in the way that it updates image databases. It looked like the updates were successful but in fact they were not. All Indy customers that have used the Update feature more than once should download this new version of the Indy program. This version is necessary to make the updates that you have purchased effective. Indy users that have purchased image updates in the past will be notified by e-mail as to how to use this new version will make their prior image update purchases effective. Additional small changes to the program are noted on the Changes page. It is necessary to read and follow the Installation Notes before you will be allowed to proceed with this download.
Indy v1.3.0 Update (2 MB) - Program was changed to allow article authors to be searched just like article descriptions are searched. Added additional text to an error message pertaining to updating the image database. It is necessary to read and follow the Installation Notes before you will be allowed to proceed with this download.
Indy v1.2.3 Update - This version of the program, for our WOOD Magazine customers, has the same functionality as the Indy v1.2.2 version listed below. (Indy v1.2.3 was created to resolve an issue for our FineScale Modeler magazine customers.)
Indy v1.2.2 Update (2 MB) - The copyright was extended from 2002 to 2003. There is no need to get this new program if you are currently running Indy v1.2.1. It is necessary to read and follow the Installation Notes before you will be allowed to proceed with this download.
Indy v1.2.1 Update (2 MB) - Program was changed to improve the user experience on a Mac OS X operating system. Program changes have no impact on a Windows operating system user. The menu bar for the Indy program is now located in the Mac's screen menu bar area. Version 1.2.0 of the program had the menu bar in the frame that surrounds the window that Indy runs in. This was not the preferred location on Mac computers. The menu shortcut keys were changed to use the Apple command key instead of the Control key that is used on Windows computers. There is no need to get this new program if you are not experiencing the problems that it fixes. It is necessary to read and follow the Installation Notes before you will be allowed to proceed with this download.
Indy v1.2.0 Update (2 MB) - Program was changed to support the Mac OS X operating system. Small cosmetic changes to the look of the Windows version of the program were made to make it more compatible with the Mac OS X version. Also fixes the problem with the Slide Show feature that allowed it to continue to run if the stop button was not pressed before closing out the dialog box. There is no need to get this new program if you are not experiencing the problems that it fixes. It is necessary to read and follow the Installation Notes before you will be allowed to proceed with this download.
Indy v1.1.1 Update (2 MB) - fixes a startup problem relating to disk drives on certain configurations of WindowsXP machines. There is no need to get this new program if you are not experiencing the problem that it fixes. It is necessary to read and follow the Installation Notes before you will be allowed to proceed with this download.
Indy v1.1.0 Update (2 MB) - new features including: Issue #s for magazines, Slide Show capability, An easy way to update the program as new article images become available and Support for multiple image locations. It is necessary to read and follow the Installation Notes before you will be allowed to proceed with this download.
Indy v1.0.1 Patch (141 KB) - fixes startup problem relating to floppy drives on WindowsNT machines.
